Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% with proof of payment is required. No bookings will be made until payment is received.
• The remaining balance is due the day of the session.
• By paying the deposit the client confirms that they have read, understood and agrees with the terms & conditions.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer, no cash will be accepted.
• A late payment fee of 20% may be applied for payments made after the due date, unless agreed otherwise with the photographer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels the session before the scheduled date, any paid deposits will be forfeited due to the nature of photography. If canceled on the day of the session, the Client will be liable for the full amount of the booking. The shoot is transferable.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 day before the session, subject to Photographer’s availability. If rescheduled on the day of the session, an additional fee of 20% may apply.
• Cancellation by Photographer: In the rare event the Photographer needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client in advance and offer alternative dates or a full refund.

Photographer’s Rights:

• Intellectual Property: All images captured by the Photographer remain the property of the Photographer.
• Copyright: Photographer retains copyright of all images, and unauthorized use or modification is prohibited.
• When the Client shares photos on social media they are encouraged to tag MODLIT STUDIO.

Clients Responsibilities:

• Punctuality: The Client is responsible for arriving at the scheduled time and location for the photography session. Delays caused by the Client may reduce the time allocated for photography, and no refund will be given for the time lost.
