Meet Megan, your photographer.

a passionate photographer with a keen eye for detail.

Hi! I'm Megan, and I might just be your future photographer.

Here is a little bit about me. I'm a daughter, a sister and a proud dog mom to my poodle, Daisy. While I am studying to become a teacher I am also working as a teachers assistant where my afternoons are filled with being a cricket coach as well as a netball coach.

The good news is that this is my final year of studying!! And in 2027 I will be stepping into the classroom as a teacher.

Lastly, if I'm your photographer, you have automatically locked me down as your hype woman!

Worried about poses? That is my specialty. I will guide you on how to pose, get all your best angles  and even capture all you posed and natural moments.  These moments turn into memories that last forever.

So this is me and I am ready and excited to capture your moments because you deserve to be celebrated.

The story behind

A modern eye, a mastery of light, and a

spirit rooted in Christ.

This is what sets us apart.

“Mod” – A Modern Vision

At MODLIT STUDIO, we embrace a modern approach to visual storytelling.

“Mod” stands for the modern lens through which we see the world- innovative, clean, and refined. We believe modern photography should feel effortless but intentional, capturing both the essence of the moment and the subject's truest self.

Lit” – The Art of Light

Photography is, at its core, the art of capturing light. The word “lit” speaks to our technical passion and creative mastery of lighting. Whether natural or studio-based, we shape light to bring dimension, emotion, and atmosphere to every image. It’s not just about being well-lit, it’s about being beautifully lit, with depth and subtlety.

“Modlit” – A Deeper Meaning

What truly gives MODLIT STUDIO its heart, however, is the word itself: modlit, which means “to pray” in Czech. This layer of meaning is central to our philosophy. Every photograph we create is approached with care, reverence, and presence.

Photography is more than a service, it is a sacred act of witnessing life, love, and connection.
